Ways of Working

Email - asynchronous exchanges

As a client you may send me your email at any time, although we should aim for a weekly exchange, it doesn't have to be. I will acknowledge receipt of your email as soon as I have seen it. From that point I will endeavour to respond to you within 2 working days, or give you a new deadline depending on the state of my diary.

Chat - synchronous exchanges

We will arrange a time to meet and we need to be at our computers at the time arranged for a text-based conversation.

We will use Skype text messaging service, and my username there is thesafeplaceonline@hushmail.com

You will need to advise me of your username some time before our meeting

VOiP call or video call, or Telephone

We will arrange a time to meet and you will need to be at your computer, or telephone, at the time arranged and be in a private place where you can talk freely and without interruption for an hour. If it's telephone, please try to use a landline for the call.

Hybrid combination

We may choose to, say, start with a text-based chat, then exchange a few emails, then have a Skype call from time-to-time or if something comes up. Each time we meet or exchange, we can decide on the next step.
