Technical considerations
Chat - synchronous exchanges
I would recommend that we use Skype for our synchronous exchanges. You will need to have Skype on your computer, it is quite easy to download and install, then select which email address you would like to use as your 'identity' and let me know what that is. Mine is thesafeplaceonline@hushmail.com which you will need to enter as one of your contacts.
Once we have agreed a time to meet we can then communicate via Skype text messaging
Email - asynchronous exchanges
It is possible for technicians and administrators to be able to see non-secure email traffic.
There are secure email account providers and I recommend that you set up an account with one of them if only for our discussions. Here are some links to providers who provide a free service:
