In the event of an equipment failure you can contact me by any of these methods to alert me to the technical issue. Likewise I shall be seeking alternative contact details from you in case the problem is at my end.

Similarly for making appointments and/or cancellations, I will endeavour to respond to all messages so that you will know that they have been received.
Real world contact information. I will be asking you for 'real world' contact information other than that which we will use for our work together, this is to cover emergencies and potential system failures. (See the Working Agreement PDF)
Missed sessions
If we are engaging in synchronous exchanges or calls we will have agreed to meet at particular dates and times. If you find that you are unable to make an appointment I would appreciate as much notice as possible. Of course things happen at short notice and will be accommodated, but in the event of frequent last minute cancellations I reserve the right to charge for those missed sessions.
